When will I receive my unit?


I just purchased a device, when can I expect it?

Unless otherwise noted on a product page, units are typically shipped in 1-2 business days. U.S. orders typically arrive in 3-6 business days from date of purchase, unless a faster shipping option is selected. Please note that even with 1-day shipping, it can still take up to 24 hours for your device to process.

International orders typically arrive in one week unless faster shipping is selected.

Please note that any order placed over the weekend will not start processing until the following Monday. 


How to track the ETA of your order:

You can check your order at any time by using your order number and email address. To look it up click here.

For domestic purchases, we ship our devices out of California and Tennessee. Please allow up to 24 hours for your device to ship from one of the three locations. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Our Canadian warehouses currently ship out of Mississauga and Richmond.

Our International warehouses currently ship out of Hong Kong, Australia, and the Netherlands.

    Anova got the unit out the door SUPER quick and DHL did a great job for its half. The unit took only 5 days to get from Texas to Brisbane but was passed to Aus post at Brisbane and took a week to reach me from there. Sad times.

    I orderd my Anova August 30th and i have not yeat recivied it, should it realy take a month to ship it when i payed almost 70 dollars for shiping?

    I order my anova on 16th of December and it hasn't shipped yet. Every time I check on FedEx website show that it still in Texas. It's a little bit frustrated when you pay 70 plus dollars for international shipping.
