For US customers, we ship our devices out of California and Tennessee. Please allow up to 2 business days for your device to ship from one of the three locations. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

For our Canadian customers, the devices ship out of Mississauga and Richmond. Please allow up to 2 business days for your device to ship from one of the two locations. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that Canadian purchases will not pay duties or customs charges.

For our international customers, the devices ship out from the Netherlands, Australia and Hong Kong. Please allow up to 2 business days for your device to ship from one of the two locations. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

    EU15123, I have put in a ticket about this order on the 24th of June and my response was let me get with my logistics personnel. Are you logistics personnel hiding in a cave? What kind of support is this? I understand 48 hours but it is now July 1! This is not the type of support that keeps business coming back or passes a good word about the company. I just asked for a status, should be pretty easy.

    I have ordered from Hong Kong on 2 of June and now is 9 of June. No email, no tracking information. But I confirmed my credit card has this transaction. What's happen?
