My iOS device won't connect to the Anova App

If your iOS device is not syncing with the Anova app, try the following troubleshooting steps. If you're unable to sync after troubleshooting, please contact customer support.

  1. Check device compatibility here.
  2. Check to see if Bluetooth is enabled in your iOS system settings. To find the Bluetooth settings, go to the settings app within iOS. From there, select Bluetooth and make sure it is ON.
  3. Follow the connecting to app steps outlined here.
