We offer returns, exchanges, and warranty replacements:

RETURNS

Full refunds can only be provided within 100 days of purchase directly from Anova Culinary. Cookers purchased through resellers, retail partners, or other websites are not eligible for a return and full refund. Please consult their return policies for more information. We cannot provide a full refund for any damages done to the device, not covered under our warranty.

EXCHANGES

We provide the best sous vide cookers in the world in a few different options. Exchanges are eligible within 100 days of original date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

  • Have purchased your cooker in the last 100 days directly from the Anova Culinary website
  • Have the original order number or email that was used during your purchase

Exchanges can only be provided within 100 days of purchase directly from Anova Culinary. We cannot provide a retail exchange for any damages done to the device, not covered under our warranty.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS

We provide the best sous vide cookers in the world and they all come with a two (2) year warranty. Warranty replacements are eligible within two years of original date the product is received. To be eligible for a warranty replacement, you must:

  • Have purchased the product within the last two years
  • Have the original order number or email or proof of purchase that was used during your purchase. If purchased through a reseller, retail partner, or other website, you must provide a copy of your original receipt

Warranty replacements can only be provided within 2 years of original date the product is received. We cannot provide a warranty replacement for any damages done to the device, not covered under our warranty.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return, exchange, or warranty replacement are paid for by Anova Culinary via prepaid waybill issued by the Support team for Australia, Canada, and United States customers. All other countries are responsible for all customs, duties, and shipping label fees.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately for assistance. Please note that if we do not have an exact replacement for your unit, we will replace it with a similar unit of equal or greater value.

DISPOSAL OF USED ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS (UK CUSTOMERS ONLY)

Anova is a registered WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) producer in the UK. (Registration number: WEE/MM7661AA)

Anova electrical products are marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin. To find more information on WEEE recycling and to locate your nearest recycling centre, please visit the Recycle More website. Or you may send the product to the following address, where it will be properly recycled:
