Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policies

We provide the best sous-vide devices in the world.  If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, just return your sous-vide device within 60 days of receiving your unit for a full refund of your purchase price.

 To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 60 days from www.anovaculinary.com by you 
  • You have the original order number, or email that was used to purchase the unit

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return exchange are paid for by Anova Culinary via prepaid waybill issued by the support team.

Damaged and Defective items

We provide a full one year warranty for all of our Anova Culinary products from the date of customer receiving the product.

If you received a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately for assistance. Please note that if we do not have an exact replacement for your unit, we will replace it with a similar unit of equal or greater value.
