What are the shipping options?

NORTH AMERICAN SHIPMENTS

Shipments within the Continental US and Canada will arrive within 4-6 business days from the date your order is placed. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. Alaska and Hawaii have a small additional shipping charge. Note that any order placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will not start processing until the following Monday. 

OTHER LOCATION SHIPMENTS

Supported countries along with their average shipping costs are listed below. Certain countries will require customs or duties fees to be paid by the buyer. Note that the prices listed are an average, and as such, you may see higher or lower shipping costs based on the region of the unit and the shipping destination. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. Note that any order placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will not start processing until the following Monday.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

You can check the status of your order with your order number and email address here. Your shipping location determines which warehouse your order is shipped out of.

For purchases within the US, shipments are out of California and Tennessee. For purchases within Canada, shipments are out of British Columbia and Ontario. For purchases elsewhere, shipments are out of Australia, Hong Kong, and the Netherlands.

You'll receive an automated email once your order has been processed and shipped out of the warehouse. This typically takes up to 24 hours after the date your order is placed.

INVOICES

Please send us an email and we'd be happy to supply you an invoice for your order!

Unfortunately, we do not have shipping options to Mexico, Central America or South America.

These are estimated costs. The actual shipping cost depends on the items in your cart and will be shown during the checkout. Shipping costs for Anova Precision Oven may be higher due to size and weight of the package.

* Free shipping only applies to orders that include a Precision Cooker, Precision Cooker Pro, Precision Oven, Chamber Vacuum.

** Shipments to Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland will have a higher customs import amount due to shipping fees. Note that you (the buyer) will be responsible for any customs and duties fees incurred by your respective customs agency.
