Simply send an email to support@anovaculinary.com with your purchase information, let us know your clamp is broken or purchase a replacement here!
Replacement clamps are only available for replacement within your 2 year warranty period.
I put in a request for a new clamp on the 8th of November and still waiting to hear back.
I applied for a new clamp in early December and I'm still waiting for it. To this day, despite a promise, I have not received a new clamp.
