My clamp broke, how do I get a new one?

You have been using your Precision® Cooker for a while, but oh no! Your clamp cracked or broke. You may think the world is over, but don't worry we have you covered.

Simply send an email to, let us know your clamp is broken and we will get you all set up with a new clamp for free or purchase a replacement here

Free clamps are only available for replacement within your 2 year warranty period.

    I put in a request for a new clamp on the 8th of November and still waiting to hear back.

    I applied for a new clamp in early December and I'm still waiting for it. To this day, despite a promise, I have not received a new clamp.
