Precision Cooker Pro Firmware Update 11.21
We recently had a Pro firmware update issue. The great news is that we may have a solution for you to update your firmware.

Unplug the cooker for 30 seconds.

While unplugged, "Disconnect" the cooker from the app under the settings menu.

Plug the cooker back in and "re-pair" it with the app.
3a. wait for 1 minute after pairing before moving on to step 4. This is to make sure the device has had time to report its full variant information before attempting to download firmware.
4. Once paired, if the cooker is NOT running the latest FW, "Install Now" and a red dot should appear in the app on the settings page.
5. Tap "Install Now" to update the cooker to 3.3.30 or greater.
