How do I change the temperature unit?

The Anova app is the best way to help you cook like a pro, but you can change the temperature unit directly on your cooker.

For Anova Precision® Cooker, Anova Precision® Cooker Nano, and Anova Precision® Cooker Pro:

1. Press and hold the Current Temp button   for 3 seconds.

2.  Temperature units will toggle between fahrenheit and celsius; release the Current Temp button   to leave the desired temperature unit.

Repeat step 1 again to toggle between celsius and fahrenheit until desired temperature unit is displayed.

For Anova Precision® Cooker Bluetooth and Anova Precision® Cooker WI-FI:

1. Press and hold the Pause/Play button  for 3 seconds.
2. Temperature units will toggle between fahrenheit and celsius; release the Pause/Play button   to leave the desired temperature unit.

Repeat step 1 again to toggle between celsius and fahrenheit until desired temperature unit is displayed.
