How do I set the temperature?

The Anova app is the best way to help you cook like a pro, but you can set the temperature directly on your cooker.

For Anova Precision® Cooker, Anova Precision® Cooker Nano, and Anova Precision® Cooker Pro:

1. Press the Target Temp button .

2. Press the + or - buttons until desired temperature is displayed.

3. Press the Pause/Play button    located between + and - buttons to initiate a cook.

4. Front light indicator will fade until desired temperature is achieved. Once temperature is achieved the light indicator will turn solid. 

For Anova Precision® Cooker Bluetooth and Anova Precision® Cooker WI-FI:

1. Use the Scroll Wheel to cycle through temperatures until desired temperature is displayed.
2. Press the Pause/Play button   to initiate a cook.
3. The Pause/Play button  will change from red to white to indicate that the cooker is operating.
