Some water is expected on the floor of the oven as there is an evaporator plate there to recycle water back in the cavity.
If you see excessive water pooling in the cavity of the oven, it may be from the wet bulb sensor. Please check to see if there is water dripping or pouring out from the back right of the oven. If you see water leaking from the wet bulb sensor (back right of the oven) please try the following steps.
- Remove the water tank from the oven. Set the oven to Sous Vide Mode = ON, 212F and 100% steam
- Run the oven until the FILL icon appears on the display. Depends on how much water is leftover in the oven, shouldn’t be more than a few minutes. This is to ensure we run through all the water in the boiler.
- Once the icon appears, attach the water tank and press the fill button
- Monitor on the next cook
